Data Retention and Processor Register
You can confirm which data is retained, for what purpose, how long it is kept, and which processors handle it.
1. How to Read This Register
This register is a detailed reference page for our Privacy Policy. It separates and displays retention periods, deletion conditions, and processor status that would be too lengthy for the main policy text.
Authoritative languages: The Japanese register is the original authoritative text. This English register is the authoritative English translation of that Japanese original. Other language versions are convenience translations or summaries.
- Retention Period: You can check storage periods for server logs, GA4, Plausible, contact history, and more.
- Processors: You can confirm currently active processors such as Plausible, Google, ConoHa VPS, and others.
- Status: Managed as Active (in operation) / Conditional (with conditions) / Planned (in preparation).
Google services (GA4) are used only on Japanese-language pages. We do not use Google analytics tags or advertising tags on English, German, French, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, or Korean-language pages. AdSense is displayed only on Japanese-language articles. Cookie consent controls are implemented or updated according to the tag configuration in use. Last sync date: 2026-05-16

4. Information Providers (Processed Data Provision Contract Partners)
As of now, there are no contract partners related to processed data provision to external parties.
If we begin providing data, we will update the Privacy Policy and this register in advance.
5. Revision History
- The Japanese register is the original authoritative register, and the English version is maintained as the authoritative English translation.
- Other language versions are treated as convenience translations or summaries; operational decisions refer to the Japanese original and English version.
- When adding a new processor, advertising tag, or analytics tag, we first record it as Planned, then move it to Active only after contract, DPA, consent management, and policy updates are confirmed.
- Google AdSense is displayed only on Japanese-language articles.
- Once per month, we review implementation tags, WordPress settings, GTM/GA4/Ads, Plausible, and server operations, and update this register if differences are found.
